PORTRAIT SESSION: Client is guaranteed 45 to 60 minutes of shooting time.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: Sessions are non-refundable, but retainer fees are transferable if a date change is necessary (48 hours notice of postponements or cancellations is appreciated).

WEATHER: Since our sessions are outdoor/nature locations, sessions that are canceled due to weather or circumstances beyond our control will be rescheduled at the earliest possible date, with no additional charge.

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive 10 minutes early due to the short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted to and remain the property of Pearson Photography.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digital download for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. (etc.)

MODEL RELEASE: The client hereby assigns Mel & Mike Photography (Pearson Photography) the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the client or in which the client may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The client releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.
